30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may return your product within 30 days of receipt for a refund based on the conditions below. While we refund the product price, taxes, and initial shipping costs, please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is defective).
Refunds will be issued according to the following guidelines:
- Quality-Related Returns: If the return is due to a product defect or quality issue, we will provide a 100% full refund, covering the product price, shipping fees, and taxes.
- Non-Quality Related Returns: We will refund the amount paid for the product, taxes, and shipping. Please note: Since PayPal does not return the transaction processing fee (approx. 5%) when a refund is issued, this specific fee is non-refundable and will be excluded from the final refund. Consequently, we only refund the net amount actually received from the transaction.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and undamaged).
- The item must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used or altered in any way (e.g., installed or modified).

To Cancel an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@incvee.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once the item is received. -
Damaged on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@incvee.com with photos or videos of the damage. We will guide you through the return process and send you a return shipping label at no cost to you. For damaged items, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs. -
Faulty Manufacturing (Quality Issues)
If the product is faulty due to manufacturing defects or any other quality-related issue, please reach out to us at support@incvee.com. For quality-related returns, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you and refund the full product purchase amount, including the original shipping cost. -
Changed Their Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it. A refund will be issued, excluding non-refundable third-party transaction fees (approx. 5%). The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. -
For an Exchange
We do not directly offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order for the desired item. To initiate a return, please follow the instructions in our return policy. -
Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@incvee.com. We will assist you with the return process and provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. Once the correct product is available, we will send it to you promptly.
Return Process
- Request a Return: Contact our customer support team at support@incvee.com within 30 days of receiving your product to initiate the return process.
- Receive Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label (for quality-related issues) and instructions on how to return the item.
- Send Back the Product: Please ensure the item is securely packed, and include all original packaging and accessories. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.
- Refund Process: Once the returned item is inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund. Refunds for non-quality related returns will be issued once we receive the item in its original condition.
- Refund Processing Time: After we receive the returned item, we will complete the inspection and begin processing your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and you should see the refund in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Return Shipping Label
For returns due to quality-related issues (such as defects, damage, or incorrect items), we will provide a free return shipping label, which can be downloaded and printed at no cost.
For returns not related to quality issues (such as change of mind), the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
Special Conditions (Bulk Orders)
For large-volume orders (e.g., 10 or more units of the same item per order), Due to logistical impact, such orders are considered final sale and are ineligible for return or refund due to change of mind. Unless specifically agreed upon in a secondary confirmation email from our support team, only quality-related issues are eligible for return.
